The driver and his partner, Nicholas, were prompt and considerate. Nicholas went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the receipt of the delivery and even offered to take the cardboard and styrofoam for me. Great experience.

Fallon movers were great, very professional, respectful and on time to deliver our order. Our order was very heavy, but everything went smooth and easy. I would, definitely, call them again! Thank you guys.

Great job. The movers were professional and knew their jobs. Picking up from two locations was a little tricky timing-wise, but they were in both locations right on time. They were friendly and very cooperative and eager to please. I would hire Fallon again, for sure.

We have used Fallon on 3 occasions, the last one (3 weeks ago) was a rush job.With one day notice Fallon had a truck, with a crew of 4- on site a 8:30 am the following day. They were great to work with, on time, very careful not to damage anything and loaded the truck in a couple hours. They then delivered some items to one the location and the balance to storage. The Fallon staff did and excellent job under some stressful circumstances. I would definitely use them again and recommend this professional service to others.

I must say that from beginning to end, there was nothing normal about my delivery experience. I had been trying to line up the delivery of a bed and a mattress from another company, which was incredibly stressful. Everything went wrong for these guys- Ryder didn't input things correctly, my delivery was mistakenly labeled as "room of choice" and I already had a 12-4 delivery window for the mattress scheduled for that day.

Despite all of this, every single person I interacted with was in a near panic to try and help me. I felt taken care of and I could feel the deep frustration from the people I spoke to on the phone that they were unable to help me more immediately. At no point did I receive a boilerplate response or dismissal. They squeezed me in and accommodated my needs.

Then the delivery team arrived. They were friendly, personable and completely willing to kick off their shoes so as not to track mud into my house. I was later able to get out of them that the office had scheduled my delivery in an inefficient manner in order to get it to me before my mattress got delivered! Also, they took time to assemble my bed carefully. Then, the mattress team arrived while the bed was still being assembled. This team took charge, instructed the other team to wear booties in my house and then told me that they would place the mattress on my bed themselves after finishing my bed assembly. I asked if they were sure that was ok, and they remarked that I had already had such a great experience, that they wouldn't want to end it any other way. I was touched.

As a side note, I suffer from long covid, which has left me weak and unable to do things like carry and assemble my own furniture. It is already very hard for me to manage physically and my own incapacity is very mentally challenging for me. The Fallon team really took care of me. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant (and even fun) one. That's truly unexpected from a delivery service.

I used the Fallon Moving & Storage Company today to relocate my furniture into storage. I can't say enough nice things about how well my total experience went with them. Ashley who answered the phone was very pleasant and took my information to set up a move date. After it became necessary to reschedule the move due to an unexpected incident, Ashley was great at making this as easy as possible for me. In addition, I can't say enough nice things about the movers that handled the entire move. They phoned me one day before the move to provide the time they would be arriving. The arrived as scheduled and showed great professionalism throughout the move and were each very accommodating. They handled my furniture with great care and made sure that the move went smoothly and quickly. Moving can be a very stressful endeavor, however I can't say enough good things about the fantastic work they performed and how well they made the entire process less stressful for me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was totally satisfied with everything throughout the move up to the very end. The price quoted to move my furniture was also reasonable compared to the others that I called. On a personal note, this was the third time that I used a professional moving company to handle my move. I had given up on hiring professional movers as the last two used were less than favorable. I gave it another try and I am so glad that I did and forbchose Fallon Moving to handle my move and will certainly use them again in the future. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.
